  • All US orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
  • International orders will have the same processing time and varying shipping times based on your region.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method offers delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays.

  • Expedited Shipping (Available in select areas): If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping options for certain areas. You will have the opportunity to select expedited shipping during the checkout process. Expedited shipping times may vary based on your location but will generally be faster than our standard shipping option.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are generated and displayed at the checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method you select.

No Refunds Policy:

  • Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Order Tracking:

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and get an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Shipping times listed are only for US deliveries, we also ship to various locations globally with varying shipping times.
